Mine was installed by procharger in Lenexa. They have treated me just fine. I didn’t install it but looking at the directions it seems pretty straightforward for someone who has some mechanical ability. The air shutters were removed and have to be for the intercooler to fit I believe. I can’t say I’ve experienced any real fuel economy change and no drivability issues.
