Good morning. I have done some searching on this forum and it still doesn't seem to clear. I'm wondering if anyone is running Nitto Grappler LT 285/70R18 on their stock Rebel suspension??? I'm looking at the Nitto Ridge Grapplers or the EXO Grapplers. From what I'm seeing it looks like there is room to fit but I wanted to make sure. Any help would be much appreciated. I believe these around right at 34" and from what I'm seeing on here 35" tires are rubbing at full turn.

I'm interested in this as well. I would like either Ridge Graps or Duratracs in 285/70r18. The Duratracs in that size still have outlined white letters, which i like.

I know this topic is overdone here but anyone have a pic of 285/70r18 sized tires on a rebel stock spring suspension? Want to pull the trigger today but cannot find info on this tire size.

JerryBsizzle. I have searched the net and this forum up and down to see if that 285/70r18 tire will fit in the Nitto Ridge Grappler. Seems to be a rare tire size. I'm beginning to see why its difficult as it depends on if the OEM Stock tires are 18X8 or 18X9. Also each brand isn't true to the size of the tire calculators our there. Hopefully we will get lucky and someone will see this who has pulled it off. I also have a tire shop guy doing some checking.

More info on the Nitto Grappler below. Anyone know if these dimensions will fit on a Rebel with stock spring suspension. Thanks!

The 285/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grappler has a diameter of 33.98", a width of 11.5", mounts on a 18" rim and has 612 revolutions per mile. It weighs 59.9 lbs, has a max load of 3860/3525 lbs, a maximum air pressure of 80 psi, a tread depth of 16.4/32" and should be used on a rim width of 7.5-9.5".

I thought I would just throw in what I did. With just a level and some Bora spacers, I have Duratrac 285/75/18's on my rebel. They weight the same as the 285/70 Nittos but they are 35". No rub and they ride great

How thick of spacers did you choose? Thanks!

.75" in the front and 1" in the rear. If you have a rebel there is enough clearance in the pockets of the stock wheels to allow for the stud length for the .75" spacers.

How is the road noise on those new Duratracs? Was looking at a different tire because my stock Duratracs got noisy at about 25K miles.

Yeah, they do have a slight hum but I would expect that from a tire this aggressive and it doesn't bother me.
