Price negotiated from MSRP

My limited which was $86,200 sticker was $69,222 after all of the discounts through MD. You can’t beat that and especially for a $88 one way plane ticket and they picked me up. (They actually brought the truck to the airport to get me, I put in my backpack, did a walk around inspection, and drove home!)
Can you post the price you got only with the dealer discounts? Don't include the rebates or any other membership discounts. Please. Pretty please.

Why?
You can get all the rebates and "membership discounts" also.
1 of the "memberships" you just join for $50 or $100 I forget and wait 30 days.
Rebates can fluctuate a little bit, but you can generally lockin when you order if you like the current rebates assuming you can order the model year they relate to.

If anyone can get the pop up for the $1k coupon can you PM me. Got a friend trying to complete his purchase and his expired and he can’t get it to come back. Thanks in advance!
They expire ? How long is it good for ?

I ordered a Limited from MD and the dealer discount is 12.5% off of MSRP. So on an $82k MSRP would be $71,750. Then if you have affiliate or friends & family code, would be another 1% off of that - so $71k. After that you would tack on the manufacturer incentives.

Is OTD at MSRP in FL a solid deal for a 24 Rebel? Have two different dealerships within 5k of each other, both right at about MSRP after everything.

No, not really. If you can share the breakdown of one of the offers then we could give you a better evaluation.

IMG_0380.jpegIMG_0378.jpegThese are two of the three. The other was over the phone “73 OTD”. No chance I’m paying the “limited availability”, value package, or running boards. Just posting the offer sheet. All three dealers right around the same in terms of sticker MSRP and OTD price. I’m stuck on Hydro Blue Ram Rebel with all black interior though. What would be a realistic price or % off based on MSRP for a 24 Hydro Blue Rebel in this market?

Neither of these deals are good deals. The second one is terrible, basically only giving you the rebate and no markdown or discount from the dealer side. You can get that deal anywhere. The first one would be ok, not great, only if they removed the $4400 of added bs.

The emailed bonus cash / TDM is usually good for 30 days. It says in the email under the “How to redeem” section.
Correct - but note that the truck does not have to ARRIVE during that 30 days. If you elect to utilize the rebates at time of order, and you have a valid TDM at time of order, this is good.
if the rebates got better for time of delivery, your first TDM won't match with those - so then you scramble the jets and try to generate another TDM to go with your "delivery day" bucket.

It’s the total price on the window stickers
Brother please give me a call - if you buy from us, great, if not, that's okay too - but you can at least use our pricing to embarass those offers you got :)
337-429-2021. You guys know I will never smack talk another one of the dealers who support this community and provide at least transparent pricing and processes - all good there - but the wild fees and addons I can't resist. https://www.markdodge.net/searchnew.aspx?make=RAM&ModelAndTrim=1500:Rebel

This recent price increase from Ram has really soured me to the brand. I'm absolutely not keen on just giving my money away willy nilly.

October 30 23,

2024 4X4 Tradesman Quad Cab, Sport , Level 1, Hemi. Delmonico Red [4 total options]

MSRP $50300 + $375 Doc fee.[bullspit] Paid $44950 out the door. Went through 5 dealers to get that deal [good or bad] and even that was a three week process. Any dealer nearby was sticker minus rebates, nothing off MSRP Had to go 2 hours away to get the deal and the truck.[Generally a low option machine]
It's the ruck I would have ordered except I would have gotten Limited slip...

They also raised the incentive from $3k to $4.5k so it’s basically a wash.
Well in my case I went onto Ram's site for the 1st time this year 7 days ago. I started doing research on the truck and contacted the dealer on Sunday. Monday they responded asking to send them my build which I did. On Tuesday I received a reply with the price breakdown including the dealer discounts etc. I needed to have a think on this a bit and also see what I can get for a trade in value for my current truck. Then on Wednesday evening I fired off an email and said let's make a deal.

Thursday I received a reply with all the paperwork and instructions on what I need to do to complete my order and the very last sentence it said, "oh and btw, Ram increased the price but hurry and lock this amazing price in so it doesn't go up again!" :cautious:

So in my eyes it's not a wash, since that extra $801 is coming straight out of my bank account. I see it as a few things: devalued time invested, devalued dealer discounts, devalued their own rebate, but certainly not as a wash. That money is coming out of my pocket at the end of the day.

Yea, that’s a bummer. You had a window of a week or so where the incentive was higher but the prices hadn’t gone up yet. If you were comparing to the price a month ago, your new total would actually net to $700 less. Perhaps not much help to you now now, but if you follow the Mark Dodge threads over in the Vendor section of this site, Anthony typically gives a heads up when he hears there is an MSRP increase incoming, but that’s usually only one day in advance.

10/31 lets say MSRP of $60K and $3K rebates = $57K = WORST
11/1 MSRP $60K, rebates $4500 = $55,500 = BEST
11/8 MSRP $60,850, rebates $4500 = $56,350 = MIDDLE

To quote mighty ducks, "but a quarter of an inch the other way and you would have missed the goal entirely"

On Tuesday and Wednesday the price increase was made known to all dealers, and to those obsessed with 5thgenrams.com to boot lol

but jokes aside, on the bright side @seabaz , if the MSRP goes up again you're protected, but if the rebates go up again you get those instead.

I am not protected because I pulled the plug on the deal. I thought about it in this context: "Do I need a new truck or do I just want a new truck?" The truth is that I just want a new truck. And in this economy it's not really a good time to buy a new one if you don't actually need it.
