I have a 2019 Ram 5500 and am having battery and or alternator issues. Battery went dead and found that the alternator shows 13.6 volts. Not enough. I get the truck home after jumping it and notice that the led display that lights up and gives instructions on how to start your truck will not stay off with the truck locked and everything off and the key fob in the house. I watched it and it goes out but pops right back on. Any fixes or idea what the issue may be? Frustrating, this is the second Ram I've owned with similar issues relating to electrical.

I gave my RAM back to my dealer. They fixed it. Unfortunately they gave me two different cause.
1. the motor ecu was defect and they build in a new one
2. the BCU was not working properly and they build in a new one.

no matter what they ended up swapping. Now the RAM runs without any problems

2019 Ram 1500 Hemi. My truck wouldn't start 4 different times. Very random but all in the morning. Replaced 3 year old original battery myself and it still did it again. Wouldn't start from fob or button. I can't find anything that causes it. Looks like low voltage around 11.6-11.7 at battery. Starts after jumping. Dealer can't find any issues. Picking it up today after 4 days there and of course it won't happen there.

After it wouldn't start Sunday and Monday again and needed to be towed to dealer (that's a whole other story with roadside assistance not showing after 5 hours and not even helping me), the starter was replaced. Had to find my own tow and pay. Seeking reimbursement for tow now.
