Hi The local dealer says its wait time for this is 30+ days just to get it in to diagnose it. Then how long if a wait will I have once I need the part? I can't sell the truck or trade it off. The only mechanic I trust is 152 miles away. I moved to a new location and know no one here. Here is the EVIC photo. The battery voltage has a bleed in behind the power steering failure message...

Very irritated,

This comes after I was without it for 2 months from a cracked frame. Was without it from June until August. Have a 6x12 landscape trailer I pulled with it. Guess the 1500 can't tow 2500lbs trailer and ATV, without getting cracks in the frame....... Good thing I don't have a boat or a camper...

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience. We recommend getting a schedule appointment the earliest availability that the dealer might have just to see the root cause of your error code showing up. Once the vehicle is down at the dealer, you are more welcome to reach out, we'd be happy to get a case created for a Specialist to assist you further.

My earliest connivence with a local Ram dealer is 6 weeks out. I got it scanned by a local mechanic. Long and behold its the power steering module, but its apart of the Rack and Pinion/steering gear assembly. So I go to a Ram dealership, None in the state of Minnesota, now in the region, none in the US. They are on a national backorder. I am #196 on the national backorder list. What a load of horse manure. Not to mention it a $2900 fix. Both Exhaust manifolds (30k+ miles and 55k+ miles) have been replaced due to broken stud (s) on each side, a replaced cracked frame. Funny how when my peers and coworkers see the issues with my ram, they refuse to buy one. Why isn't the 2019 recall fix more of these. looked like less than 200. What a joke.

Ram Cares should be more like Ram Doesn't Care.

Next truck definatly wont be a Ram!
