Where'd this happen? I'm actually surprised after driving my Rebel on the beach a couple of weeks ago and how well it did. As a matter of fact, the last day we drove on the beach I forgot to put it into 4wd due to some traffic at the entrance and being distracted. I drove about 2 miles or so down the beach, over the dunes and around looking for wild horses in Corolla and it did great, until I tried to go up a sandy hill. After that had no problems in 4wd.

This was a Sate Park out on the east end of Long Island… Sand was like Marshmallow and I didn’t air down.

Not airing down will get ya every time... particularly in sand like that. Ok... maybe not every time, but you know what I mean. Air down to 15 PSI and these trucks are unstoppable on sand.

Learned my lesson for sure.. I go down to 18 psi religiously now.

I'll join in on the NY beach pics with the Rebel and some updated pics of some new mods! Lol. Smiths Point Beach on Memorial Day! Aired down to 30 psi since the tires are already 35/12.5 on the stock Rebel wheels. Nothing stopped this Beast of a truck! Now I'm rocking some Fuel Hostages wrapped in 325/60R20s (35.5/13s) and I added some Rebel bedside decals. I think I'm done modding for now lol
