Where'd this happen? I'm actually surprised after driving my Rebel on the beach a couple of weeks ago and how well it did. As a matter of fact, the last day we drove on the beach I forgot to put it into 4wd due to some traffic at the entrance and being distracted. I drove about 2 miles or so down the beach, over the dunes and around looking for wild horses in Corolla and it did great, until I tried to go up a sandy hill. After that had no problems in 4wd.

Not airing down will get ya every time... particularly in sand like that. Ok... maybe not every time, but you know what I mean. Air down to 15 PSI and these trucks are unstoppable on sand.This was a Sate Park out on the east end of Long Island… Sand was like Marshmallow and I didn’t air down.
