I would venture to say ur dealer screwed up the installation process. Not a huge deal but when it comes to easy plug and play. Probably better do it yourself. A dealer will never use there best mechanic for an easy install. Something with the pulsar. Do it yourself or any of that easy stuff where the most incremental direction could mean a thrown code
