Hello all, I recently bought a 2021 Rebel which came with the new ETorque system. Apparently the 5.7 with Etorque comes with 23 gallon as standard. I am looking to change the fuel tank to 33 gallon. I know that there are many threads in the forum about this issue but most of them are about switching from 26 to 33 so the parts that are needed are different. I wonder if there is anyone who knows all of the parts needed to fit the 33 gallon tank. Thanks.

I’d be down to know as I’m in the same boat

There's a huge thread out there that gives you all the info. Someone posted what is needed for the 23 to 33. Check the modification section.

Thanks for the post.

Looks like 2K and the pump transfer works.

That’s doable.

I recently bought a used ’21 Rebel with the same engine and 23 gallon tank. The local Dealer “Tuttle-Click“ in Lake Forest Ca quoted me on the 33 gallon tank, a new O -Ring and a fuel pump. That’s it plus labor total was $2500 installed. I haven’t done it yet but was interested if you did the swap n what parts did they tell/sell you ?

No I did not do the swap. It is too expensive. I do not tow long distances enough to justify making the change.
