Painted my tow hooks

Anything special I should do to prep the chrome hooks?
Just clean the surface with isopropanol alcohol but for you spray. If you're going to keep them dipped, I would spray 5 to 6 coats.

Not a bad idea I’ve had the grille fully apart a couple times such a pain in the a**
I think that would look real good. I saw a white Ram with the pieces painted red. Looked real nice.

How did you wrap your calibers?

So how did you guys go about painting them? Did you leave them on the truck and just tape everything off? I crawled under there but can't really get a wrench/leverage on them, the chin spoiler and active air dam are in the way...

I do a good amount of vinyl on the side , they make vinyl specific for calipers . 3m and Vvivid . 3m is hard to use , Vvivid is way more forgiving

You can remove them from underneath pretty easy , or pull the bumper . These front bumpers are nothing to remove . But you definitely don’t have to .

That’s the link for red. I think they only have red, green , black , and yellow. I think it’s out of stock right now due to everything going on

What you guys think about color for a flame red rebel.

I want to match the calipers and hooks.

yellow?

I agree i saw a lot of red and yellow. On a sports car it def looks the part.

the question is would it look nice on a big truck?

maybe green?

Very good question.

I also have a Flame red Rebel. I'm thinking of doing red on my calipers, and blacking out my rims.
