Paint Pealing/chipping off exterior door handles not covered?

Has anyone dealt with the paint on their outside door handles coming off? My truck is just two years old now and all 4 handles are doing the same thing. Local dealership states that it is not covered because they are “ paint chips”.. from my understanding paint chips are from rocks, debris etc from what I understand happen

That kind of looks like the handle is rubbing there when the door is opened. Does the handle overlap at that point when you pull it to open the door? I don't have a truck anymore, so I'll have to check that on the wife's truck when I get home from work today.

Doesn’t seem to make contact from what I have seen. Either way all four doors doing the same thing is a little crazy. I use my rear doors 1/10 or less of the time than the front and they all have the same issue. Thanks for looking
