Bumping up an old thread, but Ram now recognizes some trucks ordered with ORP are not getting the correct springs, and they are having the dealers replace the springs with the correct ones.

It's in the Built to Serve thread, but Im sure if you contact Ram Cares they should be able to help you out. Supposed to be a Service Bulletin going out to all dealers soon about it

I am one of those with a BTS Ram that didnt receive the ORP springs. I had to open and a case with Ram CC and it was back and forth for a while but my dealership ordered the springs and they should be installed sometime next week
