To start, when my light bar arrived (48”)the rubber coating over the LED bulbs had three small indentions. So before installing I plugged the 4 pin adapter in to see if all the lights were working. Everything seemed to work fine, but I was still hesitant of moisture eventually getting in. So I chatted with a representative from Opt 7 and he replied back that it should not be a problem. I asked what if it eventually becomes a problem later on down the road? He replied for me to save the conversation ticket number and they would send me another one. Now with that being said, I sent them an email today hopefully they were closed for Presidents’ Day because I did not hear anything back. I feel like they’re going to honor what they said. The light bar blinkers will not work with the headlights On. The right blinker won’t work completely and the brake light with the headlights on faintly flickers. Does anybody think moisture may have contacted the LED lights or whatever components are under the rubber coating. Everything has been operating correctly for the last two months. I do have the curt adapter as well. I have the 2019 1500 Big horn new generation Crew cab with 20 inch tires the trim is Delmonico red. Sorry if everything is not in order. My first time posting but I have done a lot of browsing with this app has anyone else experienced this type of problems pertaining to a LED light bar. Thank you for your time.
