Oily film on top of engine/behind water pump?

Have had my 1500 limited a couple days and finally had chance to look close at all the nooks and crannies. Noticed on top of the engine, behind water pump assembly, a fine film of oil. Nothing puddling etc just dust stuck to an oily spot. Seems like it’s on top of the intake so I don’t suspect a gasket. Before I rush back to the dealer, should i take this as part of the assembly process and some jack-off who was oiling the engine may have dripped some?

on second look, I pushed a rag into the area to see if it would come up with anything and it was dry. Are the blocks coated or seasoned to look like they're wet?
