Hello fellas did someone pay attention how much oil you drain at oilchange , at the beginning it should be 9.5 Liters . after 8000km i got around 7.5 L to drain into measured canister .
Friend of mine got the same problem after 10.000 km , drain around 7 L down at oilchange .
My previous generation ecodiesel consumes NOTHING !

Let me know if someone noticed same problem .

Cheers

Don't forget your oil filter was full as well as all the oil that ran out while removing the oil filter.

I have read several reports of oil consumption in the first 5K and then no more. Is this your first oil change?

32000km at my last oil change, 10000km between them. Oil was still at the top of the dipstick.

I didn't check how much I drained for my first change but 9.5L sounds high. Is that what the initial factory fill is? My owners manual states 8.5qt or 8L for Engine Oil with filter. When I did my first oil change I put just over 8L in and its since looked good on the dip stick.

Here’s from the owners manual.

my dealer lists 9 litres or quarts on my invoice, I’ll have to double check.

i am confused , especcially with the dipstick , its something :)

The dealer might not have put enough oil in it. I would give it a couple of thousand miles, and check it before I panicked.
