Oil Change intervals - First 5

I changed my oil and filter the first time at about 2500 miles. The 2nd time was done by the dealer I purchased the Ram at 9,132 on January 13, 2020. I was planning on getting it changed again tomorrow at 14,500. Will the Ram dealer change it after 5,400 miles with their free program?

If they owe you 5 oil changes or however many, they typically don't care when you cash them in.

Prior post is correct. Your dealer doesn't (or shouldn't) care about the mileage if you're using RamCares ... They are just counting the number of events, amount of free changes you have. I used 3 in the first 12K miles; 1K, 6K, 12K. Enjoy your truck!
