Does anyone have a paint code for the BTS Technical Gray wheel color, or has anyone successfully matched the paint?
The crome bumpers are awfulThe only thing I do not really like on these trucks are the black bumpers. Black bumpers are associated with the cheaper trucks like the tradesman. The Rebel has the black bumpers also but that looks a little better with the Rebel grill I guess.
Yep. One of the things I like about mine. They've made a ton of black BTS trucks but I've seen very few optioned like mine. I'd love to have your silver. I'll never own another black vehicle in my life lol.I thought I'd share a pic of my BTS with Ram Boxes it seems like a rare option on the BTS. Soon I'll be getting respectable tires and possible a level or wheel spacers.

It should have the correct springs. Unless it's a rwe truck.Hello all,
I just purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 BTS in Anvil. I have been on this forum a lot, but I just stumbled upon the Built To Serve Forum. After reading 40 pages I am now aware of the wrong spring issue. I did some due diligence and looked at the recall, but it was for 2020 trucks. I will attach a picture here, but the truck seems to be sitting way too low for me to have the Off Road Group springs. I was not in person to buy this truck, so I cannot check the actual spring number. I looked on my build sheet and nowhere does it say Raised Ride Height or Heavy Duty Springs. This is a 2021 so I am not sure if it will fall under that recall.
Could someone let me know if I have the springs?
How do I fix this if it doesn't have the springs?
Where can i find when this truck was built? It was first delivered to the dealer on November 30, 2020.
Thank you all for your help. I cannot wait to get this truck, I just want to make sure it has the right stuff on it.

I would assume so but after looking at all of the other built to serve trucks the front looks significantly lower than the rest of yalls. It is a 4wd truck. It should have the correct springs. Unless it's a rwe truck.
