Looks like I got shafted as well. I mentioned previously in the thread that I was measuring 22"ish from center of hub to fender.

This is my driver side tag.

It also mentions raised ride height on my build sheet. I think I'm gonna message ram cares.

That’s CLEAN looking. And by far my favorite paint option. Well done.

Thanks
I traded in a charger scat pack in the same ceramic Gray for this one so I guess that’s my color LOL

I tried to do a headlight tint today but tinting is not my stroking point so I’m making an appointment for next week I’ll load some pics. I did 1and it didn't come out good but you could still see that a light smoke to the lights makes this trucks look mean.

I'm thinking there is something to the first wave /second wave theory. Ceramics all have it so far, curious if anyone with blue can comment.

I wouldn’t go as far to say that all Ceramic BTS trucks have the ORG springs. The one Ceramic BTS on the left in the picture I posted before clearly shows that something is amiss, and I’d bet it doesn’t have the ORG springs.

You took the words right out of my mouth lol. Since you have the ORP springs, what does it mention on your build sheet?

My build sheet lists “Raised Ride Height” and the “Front/Rear Extra HD Shock Absorbers”

Also, for what it’s worth. For those of you seeing “Raised Ride Height” on your build sheets, I’m pretty sure that every Ram 1500 lists that...whether it’s a 4x2 or 4x4. My 2017 1500 4x2 listed “Raised Ride Height” on the build sheet.

If I recall correctly, looking at a build sheet, the differentiating factor between a truck with the ORG versus one that doesn’t have it are the “Extra HD Shock Absorbers.” If those are listed on your build sheet, then you should have the ORG suspension components (somebody please correct me if I’m wrong). I believe the non-ORG trucks just list “HD Shock Absorbers” or something like that...

Thats pretty stupid to include that on the build sheet. its a pickup truck, What is it suppose to have? 1” ground clearance? Smh. My dealer is pretty good so im hoping they will figure something out.

This is also on my build sheet. Regardless, the Ram website clearly lists all BTS have the ORG. So, I think there's a big issue here.

Yeah I believe that all BTS trucks should have the increased ride height of the ORG (maybe not the 4x2s?), so there definitely seems to be something amiss at the factory.

I hope they act on this, I have the ORP springs sitting in a shopping cart and for all four its going to cost $314 plus installation. Glad I caught this before I scheduled the installation of the Bilsteins.

I’ve wondered about this after seeing all the photos of the BTS. They don’t look like they have the ORG springs. Mine should be arriving in the next few days. I have Fox shocks ready to install. Curious to hear what the shop has to say once I get mine!

Based on this discussion, it appears that some trucks do get the ORG springs and others don’t. Luck of the draw i guess...

Mine was parked next to a Rebel when I picked it up. Same height.

same here. I actually expected to end up goin with a Rebel when I went to look at my BTS 1500. But they had them parked right next to each other and it was like....huh. Just checked and mine does have the ORP springs. I’d raise hell if it didn’t though. Hoping this can get remedied for all involved.

Update: Went to the dealership today and spoke with my service guy. He said he was unaware of the issue but would contact the parts manager. He said if it is a feature that is suppose to come with the truck, they would add it free of charge. I plan on contacting FCA as well
Update #2: Contacted RAM Customer Service and spoke with a representative about the issue. I was assigned a case number and she said someone would most likely contact me Tuesday to help resolve the issue.

On my build sheet, the springs don’t specify HD, but the shocks do. Is this the same no matter what springs you have. My BTS does not have ORP springs.

I believe all of the BTS build sheets state the same in this regard. The BTS package as a whole is suppose to include the ORG as stated on the website which also is to include the offroad springs.
Got it, thx. I guess I better contact my dealer.
