How do I find out what shocks I have on my BTS??
You have to crawl under your truck and either pull off the labels or try and snap a picture of them. Then google the part # or look on 5thgenramsHow do I find out what shocks I have on my BTS??

Those are not the ORGs. Those are the same standard ones I got on my BTS.I got this, I can’t find any info on them I suck at internet lol
Thats the standard shocks like mine. I would contact RAM customer care and your dealer. When did you purchase your truck?I got this, I can’t find any info on them I suck at internet lol
Back in may, do you think link between time frames?Thats the standard shocks like mine. I would contact RAM customer care and your dealer. When did you purchase your truck?
Not sure about the time frames or it is just the wrong parts being used. The 4x2 trucks arent optioned with the offroad package so maybe there is some sort of mixup( i have a 4x4). Im anticipating what RAM CC is going to say when they contact me next week. Ive had several minor fit and finish issues with my BTS but nothing that has caused this level of concern. I would also contact RAM customer care as soon as possible and generate a case, they can ensure that the dealership sees to fixing the issueBack in may, do you think link between time frames?
I have a appointment at the dealership on Tuesday for th AC. Will be bringing this up as well.. also the passenger side foam cup holder, and a clicking noise when I shift from park to drive and back on cold starts
Will be looking up ram customer care tonight and emailing them shortly thank you! Keep us posted with what you hear backNot sure about the time frames or it is just the wrong parts being used. hi Grape Ape, you mentioned your hub height, what is your fender height? I am at 37.5 and have the ORG springs (68320249AC)Looks like I got shafted as well. I mentioned previously in the thread that I was measuring 22"ish from center of hub to fender.
This is my driver side tag.

It also mentions raised ride height on my build sheet. I think I'm gonna message ram cares.

I'm also in the 37.5/39.5 front rear ORP spring group, I'd for sure be contacting CC at this point if not.36.5 and 36.65 respectively.
must of been an oversight in production that they fixed. I would expect Ram to make it right for those trucks that were made incorrectly.36.5 and 36.65 respectively.
