Thats the standard shocks like mine. I would contact RAM customer care and your dealer. When did you purchase your truck?
Back in may, do you think link between time frames?
I have a appointment at the dealership on Tuesday for th AC. Will be bringing this up as well.. also the passenger side foam cup holder, and a clicking noise when I shift from park to drive and back on cold starts

Not sure about the time frames or it is just the wrong parts being used. The 4x2 trucks arent optioned with the offroad package so maybe there is some sort of mixup( i have a 4x4). Im anticipating what RAM CC is going to say when they contact me next week. Ive had several minor fit and finish issues with my BTS but nothing that has caused this level of concern. I would also contact RAM customer care as soon as possible and generate a case, they can ensure that the dealership sees to fixing the issue

Looks like I got shafted as well. I mentioned previously in the thread that I was measuring 22"ish from center of hub to fender.

This is my driver side tag.

It also mentions raised ride height on my build sheet. I think I'm gonna message ram cares.

hi Grape Ape, you mentioned your hub height, what is your fender height? I am at 37.5 and have the ORG springs (68320249AC)

must of been an oversight in production that they fixed. I would expect Ram to make it right for those trucks that were made incorrectly.

What are you getting from center of hub to fender? A guy on FB has 22" and 24" but definitely has the ORG springs?

I'm at 22" in the front and 24.5" in the rear.

I didn’t measure from the hub but I was 37 3/4 in the front and 39 3/4 in the rear. Added a 2” motofab and I’m 39 3/4 front and rear.

I'm wondering if options could have something to do with it? I'm seeing where stock is 21.5"?

so I though I would chime in with my setup after reading all the threads on this, I have a 2 month old BTS that appears to have the proper ORP shocks in front and rear, BUT - my front and rear springs are NON-ORP. My build sheet shows EXTRA HD front/rear shocks (got those) and Raised Ride Height (dont have). Anyways, Ive sent an email to the dealership to see whats going on. ill post back once I hear something.

What measurements are you seeing @rambts ?

I'm trying to figure out what's "normal" and what isn't.
