No radio controls on steering wheel???

2024 tradesman, no audio buttons, it has the 8.4" factory installed, any info on getting this added on.

Same here, 2024 tradesmen quad cab, 8” screen and chrome package. But no radio control. This the most annoying missing feature of this truck.

The only thing you can do is upgrade to the steering wheel with the backside audio controls, it may require updating the feature software as well.

That's pure cost costing, how much does Stellantis save by removing the steering wheel backside audio buttons? I honestly didn't think RAM made a steering wheel without them.
