No Puddle Lights

I can't seem to get the "puddle" lights to work on my new Ram. On the Limited I traded in, the name "Ram" would light up on the ground under the rear view mirrors. I can't seem to get them to work on my new Tungsten. I went through all of the options in Uconnect, and I can't see anything wrong there. The headlights and taillights come on when I get near the truck and the side board extend, but no puddle lights. Has anybody else had this issue? Thanks!

No issues with mine. I dont think theres anything in the settings for the lights either. Have you checked the fuse?

Also make sure you have the light turned on

THANK YOU! I had no idea that switch was even there. This is my third Ram with the overhead console, and I've never used it before. Even if I had, I would never had guessed that it controlled the puddle lights as well as the interior lights. I think the dealership must have turned it off when they were getting the truck ready. Thanks so much for responding to my post, I really appreciate it.

Glad it was something simple . Mine was turned off as well, noticed the interior lights were off when the shipper dropped off the truck and pushed the button. My truck was in the showroom so I suspect they turned it off to not drain the battery.
