No Puddle Lights

I can't seem to get the "puddle" lights to work on my new Ram. On the Limited I traded in, the name "Ram" would light up on the ground under the rear view mirrors. I can't seem to get them to work on my new Tungsten. I went through all of the options in Uconnect, and I can't see anything wrong there. The headlights and taillights come on when I get near the truck and the side board extend, but no puddle lights. Has anybody else had this issue? Thanks!

No issues with mine. I dont think theres anything in the settings for the lights either. Have you checked the fuse?

Also make sure you have the light turned on
