No paint in wheel wells

Hey I was wondering if anyone has had this issue. Went to go install rear wheelhouse liners and noticed on both sides it's not even painted with color of the truck. Didnt know if this was a common thing or not with the new Rams.

I noticed that same greenish color while under the truck installing an exhaust. I’m going to say that it’s common.

Your picture sure looks like it is showing painted, not bare metal to me.

Looks to be painted a base coat so technically it is painted. Base coat is cheaper than the color of your vehicle.
