I have a 2025 Limited that has 3k miles on it. It's been in the shop 3 times now for the same issue; blind spot monitoring unavailable - which also makes driving assist unavailable along with crash avoidance as well. This last time it was in the shop I was finally told, "Stellantis is aware of the issue which is software related and they are working on a fix. There is no resolution right now." So, I have an 88k truck that partially works. The service advisor told me that the module is bad and needs to be replaced but that Stellantis won't approve that repair since they are "working on a software update". I am now going directly to Ram and opening a ticket to try to resolve this. Anyone have this issue?

If it's been in the shop 3 times, and they can't fix it that would qualify for lemon law buyback probably. Just sayin.

It probably would qualify, depending upon the specific lemon law in your state. My '25 laramie is getting lemon lawed, and despite it overwhelmingly qualifying they are apparently bound and determined to push it to an actual trial. I bought the truck late August of 2024. Next month there is to be a hearing to set a trial date. I don't understand Ram's logic, it would be easier and cheaper for all parties for them to have made an offer to buy it back, but whatever. They'll just have to write me a bigger check at the end I guess.

This is definitely a safety issue that would qualify the truck as unsafe to operate. Lemon law should cover this. I'm not sure why they would delay repairs for a software fix that's not available yet, but parts replacement is readily available to fix the issue.
