Newest software version of 2022 12 inch radio?

The update files appear to have dried up. I’ve even offered to pay and nothing

I still haven’t gotten the OTA update and I’ve ridden around in my truck a fair bit over the last few weeks. Tried connecting via WiFi, too, and still no update.

Same here, no updates. Still on 27.46.

My '24 Limited updated a couple weeks ago and I had to deal with a morning of the screen being unusable before the system finally sorted itself and went back to normal. I thought I was out of the woods, but...

Two days ago, I got in my truck and the screen was flipping out again...no interface buttons at the top or bottom, and what did show up kept shifting up and down. I was on my way home from work so just kept driving, and it seemed to sort itself out by the time I got home. I thought I was in the clear, but now I have a very annoying new problem...

Now, every time I get in my truck, I have a message at the top of my screen telling me to call for a SiriusXM offer...and it doesn't go away until I tap an X on the message. Every time I start my truck, the screen is unusable until I acknowledge an advertisement for SiriusXM. Is anyone else experiencing this and have a solution?

Hopefully a future update will make it go away, but I am beyond annoyed in the meantime.

I would stay at 27.46 as it is the latest most stable version. Why fix it when ain't broke.

Since the latest update I have noticed a few times I can not control the volume of the radio. Numbers change but volume does not. Have to turn it off and back on to get volume control back.

Had to open my big mouth, and sure enough the update hits the day before a road trip. Hopefully the bugs work themselves out before I hit the road tomorrow.

Those updates above 27.46 were meant for 2025+ Ram stopped pushing the upgrade because all the issues it created for pre 2025 trucks. I took out my telematics box module to stop all communications to Ram from my truck so they don’t update my infotainment or get any info on how I drive. By doing this I also got rid of pop up messages like Sirius xm and the market place while enabling my off road pages and performance pages because they can’t take them now
like @MannyN wrote 27.46 is the stable version which is available around here but you now can NOT go back to an older version.

My 2024 Limited said it was updating when I got out of my truck last night. This morning, the interface was all messed up the first time I started the truck...no temperature numbers for climate control and the physical buttons didn't work, category buttons at the bottom of the screen were completely absent (just blank space), and the entire interface kept shifting up and down as the top status bar kept disappearing and reappearing. It was so messed up that I couldn't control anything.

I tried a soft reboot by holding the two dial buttons but that didn't help. Turned the truck off and restarted, and that didn't help either. Entire infotainment system was borked, but I had someplace to be so I just started driving. The truck was off for about 45 minutes after I reached my destination. Fortunately, when I started it back up the next time, everything seemed to be back to normal. Fun morning

Mine just did this with the second update. Everything was fine with the first update last week. Today I got out and it said it was updating. Got in it a little later and everything was jumping and no buttons. Hopefully it sorts itself out by sitting for a while. IDK what version it was updating to since it just went to the 29.xx a week ago.

Edit: After letting it sit for a while, everything was fine. As others mentioned, my top menu got rearranged and I had to turn on surround sound (as with every other update)
