I buy a new truck every 10 years, all have been Toyota's, but they have really messed up with the new V6 twin turbo engines and for the first time it looks like I might be buying a 2025 Dodge 1500 Limited, wow have times have changed. Taking a test drive this weekend to seal the deal or not and thought I would join to gain more knowledge.

Welcome and Congratulations! I'm sure you will be satisfied. This my first Mopar product and I similarly went through the same thing.
I'm was driving an F350 before I landed in my RAM 1500. I didn't get a brand new one but they are light years ahead the others in the year range.

If buying new, take some time to understand the options. RWD or 4WD? Which axle ratios? What will you be using the truck for (around town, towing, play, real off-road)?
