New Truck Wouldn't Start

I bought my new Limited on Wednesday morning. 76 miles later on the next day I came out from lunch with my wife and hit the start button and it started and then died immediately. I hit the button again and it cranked for a bit and nothing...like it was out of gas with a nearly full tank. I did this for a dozen times and then I called the dealer to see if there was some type of reset procedure with the ECU that may help but all they had was to tow it in. So my new truck, with 76 miles on it, was sitting on the bed of a tow truck. Luckily the closest dealer happens to be the one I bought it from. The service manager went out and hit the button with the same results, then the second time it started. WTF?? We took it for a drive and back and could not get it to not start again so he hooked up the code reader (there was no CE light) and it showed an error code dealing with the anti-lock brakes. They figure on the startup sequence it read the error and decided it was unsafe to start. They cannot find anything wrong with the brakes and can't get it to not start again so I guess I'm just hoping it was some type of fluke. Has anyone else reported this phenomenon?

Weird. Not any problems here but after the code was cleared did you attempt to pull the negative terminal off the battery and maybe check the fuses and relays for the brakes or other related components?

I think it’s a garbage they would say it’s brakes.... brakes have nothing to do with fuel air and fire stoichometry in general.

IF it was I would say it’s electrical in nature but still that seems weird.

Hopefully, that is the last time it ever does that again. But I know I would always be thinking--"when is it going to happen again?" but hopefully your not like and enjoy your Ram.
