9/26 build and needed both recalls. I'm pretty sure the pedal issue was a design problem, not a supplier issue.

Hi Gman,
If you need any assistance getting these recall completed, let us know! Just send us a private message, and we would be more than happy to support.

Took mine in to another dealer Monday after asking them Friday if they had the parts, err no, we don't have the parts for the recall.
What on earth is going on ? This recall has been out for months, is a safety issue, and dealers don't have the parts !
Beginning to regret buying this Ram, then I read about the A/C not cooling properly, and we live in Texas........................... I've had Ram trucks since 2001, but right now an F150 is looking good:(

Don't worry all the truck manufacturers are having problems with their trucks. It's not just ram

Post recall fix 1 month I adjusted the pedals and I heard a thump. I looked down and saw what appears to be a clamp? It looks like my fix wasnt very effective... I think I found where the clamp slid off? If anyone knows where this thing goes for sure let me know please.

Someone else reported something similar, with parts falling off after repair. It looks like a questionable fix anyway IMO. But based on the description of the recall, I’m really not overly concerned about getting it fixed immediately.

I called the local dealer today (not where I bought the truck, but the same owner) to schedule service, fix an issue with my 12" screen flickering when adjusting the recline on the passenger seat, and get this recall taken care of. The rep that I spoke to said that the couldn't perform the recall because there wasn't a solution for it (to be fair, I think this was his assumption). When I assured him that there was, he did some additional checking. He told me that their system said "Do not schedule this service". When I asked him why, he said that I would have to speak to a service adviser. He also said that it would be the middle of June before they could look at the screen flicker issue so I just passed altogether.

I called the dealer where I purchased the truck (30 minutes away), they have the parts in stock and could get me in next week (although a pushed it out a week top get an AM appointment).

The first dealer I called is the largest in the area (+200 new trucks in stock). Seems odd they wouldn't do this. You'd think by now that the trucks on the lot would all be either fixed or new enough to come from the factory without the issue.
