I just bought a new series 2019 Ram. I want to replace the chromed lettering with the black lettering. I have the blacked out grill and stuff, just want to replace the shiny lettering and tailgate Rams head and that 1500 on the hood. Any thoughts?

Welcome and congrats. There are a number of threads where people have done exactly what you are looking for. Everything from removing and painting to taping off and Plasti dipping. Some badges you can just swap for black.

Make sure you go file for this additional rebate. Seems like they have been having problems with vin numbers being in the system so you have to call them so they send you the actual app. Do it 60 days of purchase. Many of us have already received our checks. No strings attached.

The only qualification is that “someone in your household” must have a non-FCA vehicle.
