New member needing help!! Back up camera issues

Currently own a 2019 Dodge Ram sport 1500, with only 10K now. I have had it in and had rear view camera replaced and now I am getting ridiculous green lines. The dealer says it will be fixed with software update but according to them there is no suggestion as to when it will be!! Kinda annoyed with all the running around and lack of answers. I have an record of the event with FCA but still nothing is happening!! Please help!!

THANK you for getting in touch. This issue has been on going for some time. The dealership has replaced the camera and that did not solve the issue. I keep getting advised that a software update is coming but nothing!! Is this a common issue or am I just unlucky with the truck (and/or with the dealership!!). I called a different dealer and he didnt see anywhere on the Chrysler notes about a new software update coming anytime soon so I think my dealership is giving me the run around. If you could assist in any way that would be appreciated. Thank you!

I've had the same thing happen on my truck twice since I bought it in Dec. The next time I take it in I'll have them address it.
