Hello, Just purchased a 5th gen from a lot (not custom ordered). This is my 3rd Ram Truck (had a '15 & '17) but my commute has increased significantly and decided to give the 3.6L etourqe a try this time after 2 hemi's. I strongly considered a new '18 ecodiesel but just read too many horror stories about blown motors.

Anyway, I my new truck is a bighorn in patriot blue, crew cab, 20" chrome wheels, 8.4 4c nav, Alpine Speakers, And group 2 options. Will also put on a tonneau cover and running boards.

After the first 3 weeks of ownership I'm still happy with it.

I had a pretty good idea of what I was getting into when I bought it. The v6 is nowhere near as much fun as the hemi but it is cheaper to buy and better on fuel (at least by a bit).

If I was not using the truck to commute back and forth to work I would probably choose the Hemi over the V6. And if the EcoDiesel didn't get such bad reviews I would probably choose it over the pentastar.

I do think all of the small changes in the 2019's really make it a better all round truck vs the older gens.
