UPDATE - You do not need to be an Allstate customer. You can have ANY insurance. Allstate is just issuing the rebate (for some reason). Seems like they have been having problems with vin numbers being in the system so you have to call them so they send you the actual app. Do it within 90 days...

They seem to be consistently having problems with the Vins. Just call them and they will email you the app.

called em they tell me to fax it over so I do now they want proof of a non FCA vehicles can I just send em my trade in paper showing I traded in my gmc????

Yes indeed. Current insurance or reg on the old vehicle probably works also
