Mine came yesterday, 07/19 build date. First pic below is original to purchase, second is the new, third is what prompt to update, fourth is at very beginning of update (FYI it didn't take the 44 min, maybe half that.) fifth pic is after update, it had a prompt saying if you wanted to know what the update did press here. So I did and this is what came up. Very vague, but says if you want more info press the Assists button then select Vehicle Care , so I did. What happened is it called Uconnect and I spoke with a very nice rep. named Amanda. I told her how our conversation came to be and she told me the update was an OTA and was for fixes for cell phone connectivity through Bluetooth. She asked what phone I have (iphone8) and she said they had been getting complaints of calls being dropped. She said she would look deeper and said she sees I have the 12" screen, I confirmed. She said to expect more OTA updates to be coming in order to address problems with the Nav system. She said that I should be experiencing offline search problems, I confirmed. She said they deal with aftermarket companies for the Nav mapping and those companies (not FCA, and she made it clear it WAS NOT FCA) were having an issue with compatibility with the software. It is a known problem and is being worked on, then assured me more OTA updates are on the way to address these issues. Very nice lady, with great info. I thought I would share.
