Need Advice: Battery Issues with My 2019 RAM 1500

Thanks a lot for all your responses! I thought it would be helpful to circle back and share how I resolved the issue.

Based on the advice I received, I decided to go with a new AGM battery. Specifically, I chose the Energizer Group H7-AGM from Costco Canada, due to their great warranty and stores are everywhere which costed me $290 + Tax CAD.

To avoid being stranded in the future, I also picked up the NOCO Boost HD GB70 2000 Amp 12-Volt UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starter Box during a Black Friday sale. It’s a smart, user-friendly device designed to prevent sparks and protect the battery if someone don't know what they are doing lol. I actually used it to jump-start my truck before replacing the battery, and it worked flawlessly—super simple to use!

Thanks again for all the help and recommendations!

Some advice on jump packs: don't be like me and not read the instructions, or you may find yourself in need and your jump pack is dead. They require recharging every few months.

One other overlooked issue with jump packs is that some of them need to see a voltage on the battery to work. There is a difference between a dead battery and a weak battery. I have found that if the jump pack includes a "power burst" or other type of boost feature, it will work with a dead battery.
