Got my Ram 1500 about a week now and it’s the first time using my navigation and it cannot find my address or job address. Is anyone having same problem. I triple checked all the settings but still no luck. Also is it normal when it says searching offline

Yes we all are having that issue.. You have to search a different way.. You there a thread about this going, off hand I can't remember. It you can use the Uconnect App send and go function works great. It's sends the address from your phone to your truck.

Try changing it to search by city. Whenever I try to search “around me” I have trouble finding addresses. If i put in the city first it’s much better.

On a side note, I don’t end up using it often because it consistently brings me a much longer way than my own way or google maps.
