One day last week, with no warning, my 2019 Ram 1500's Nav system started showing the truck's position as approximately 50 miles from where we actually are. I've gone into Nav menu to get my GPS info, and it shows I've got a number of satellites being received, reliability as "high", but the latitude, longitude and altitude are off. It shows me in Great Falls, VA when in fact I'm in Fredericksburg, VA - 50+ miles away.
Simultaneously, the truck's compass readings are going haywire. I'll be driving what I know to be North, and the compass will show South one minute, then change to East, then SW - all the while the vehicle hasn't changed its direction of travel.
Is there a way of restting/recalibrating the GPS? I know the compass can theoretically be recalibrated, but I'm not at all sure that would have any effect on the GPS.

Sounds like you need a new air-card. I had to do it last year and it fixed the issue. All you need to know right HERE

Only thing about yours though is that it shows 7 satellites available. Mine showed none available. So, may be a different issue.

I'll keep that in mind. Oddly...when I started the truck after work today, both the Nav system and the compass began working again. I have no clue what happened, or why.

Same thing happened to my 2019 Rebel. I’m in Seattle but gps is 20+ miles off.

No expert here, just past experiences. 2018 Jeep GC Summit, ordered & bought new. All good for a year or 2, one day the wife told me the nav is way off on location. Did the check it out thing, and noticed I had NO SATELLITES showing. Off to the dealership where we bought it, they tried some stuff, eventually replacing the radio under warranty. Fixed.
Next one is my 2023 HellCat bought new from a dealership 800 miles away. Took it for a drive soon after I got it home (shipped to me) with only about 50 miles on it, I decided to check out the Nav. Well, same deal as our previous J GC. Showed that I was still in Illinois. I’m in PA. Took it to my local Dodge dealer and they ended up replacing the radio under warranty. Fixed.
OP, I see that you were still showing satellite reception, so I find that odd. I haven’t checked my owners manual for quite some time, but I remember something about finding an open space and driving in a figure 8 pattern to recalibrate the compass. I don’t know if that is still a thing, but did you look through the owners manual to see if that is something you could try?
