One day last week, with no warning, my 2019 Ram 1500's Nav system started showing the truck's position as approximately 50 miles from where we actually are. I've gone into Nav menu to get my GPS info, and it shows I've got a number of satellites being received, reliability as "high", but the latitude, longitude and altitude are off. It shows me in Great Falls, VA when in fact I'm in Fredericksburg, VA - 50+ miles away.
Simultaneously, the truck's compass readings are going haywire. I'll be driving what I know to be North, and the compass will show South one minute, then change to East, then SW - all the while the vehicle hasn't changed its direction of travel.
Is there a way of restting/recalibrating the GPS? I know the compass can theoretically be recalibrated, but I'm not at all sure that would have any effect on the GPS.

Sounds like you need a new air-card. I had to do it last year and it fixed the issue. All you need to know right HERE

Only thing about yours though is that it shows 7 satellites available. Mine showed none available. So, may be a different issue.
