I have the same problem, offline it can't find anything. Took it to the dealer and they said it was Guardian which I'm paid up until 2026. Called Sirius and they said it's not their problem. I told the service dept and they call and found out I need a new map update. Called Guardian and they said to call the map section who told me I could buy an map update, however my map is the most updated version. This is annoying. Where do I go now? Everyone says it's someone else's problem. Makes me believe I've made a purchasing error buying a RAM

There are different levels of XM Guardian. You may not have a subscription that includes the navigation. It's just easier to use your phone and Google maps, which is more accurate and up to date anyways. I've yet to have a vehicle with factory navigation that was ever current with road construction, even with newest updates.

I have used google maps, prefer WAZE due to the alerts.

I have used google maps, prefer WAZE due to the alerts.

Google maps and WAZE are both owned by Google and Google maps has alerts as well. It even displays disabled vehicle and police reports from WAZE users
