As I documented, I went through this with RAMCARES and even asked them to escalate it further.

The answer was that unless enough people complain directly to RAM corporate, there will be no change as in their eyes it works as designed.

I'd love to take an engineer or someone with any clout with a ride in my truck, once you demonstrate the issue in person, only then can you realize how annoying and loud it actually is. Simply reading a customer report doesn't do it justice.

I have the same problem with my 2024 2500 Big Horn with Speed Warning. I’m glad to see that other people have the same concern over the undocumented enhancement of the volume returning to 15 at each start-up. I’m headed over to the MOPAR service link posted earlier in this thread to voice my desire to have driver owner controlled settings rather than factory decided settings. After all, it is my truck!

I was rather disappointed in the response i received from Stellantis Customer Care.

Quote: "Unfortunately, there are no agents available at the moment. Please try again during normal business hours."

As soon as I find out what the normal business hours are for a global company I will return to the site. I think I will try the dealer on Monday morning. They have always been willing to assist!
