My truck makes a Loud CHIRP when coming to a complete stop when I have the AC running... Anyone else experiencing this?

There are a few posts of individuals experience a rough "surge" when slowing down to a complete stop and I am one who has that issue daily with my 5.7. When I have my AC running however I get a loud chirp as if the belt is slipping. whether i have the ac on low or high its the same chirp every time. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

I believe i have the same problem please refer to desert style on you tube mine is the red dodge dart. I posted the video. Would appreciate feed back

Its on my you tube at Desert Style. I got a red dodge as the icon. Its at the end of the video its a constant chirp noise sounds like a belt but its not coming from the engine bay. Let me know what you think. Thanks
