Drove my Ram this morning and I believe the suspension started making this creaking noise. Anyone else experience this? I’ve link a YouTube video where you can hear the noise.

I’ve never heard anything like that before . Have you checked under the truck to see if something maybe got caught up in the suspension somewhere ? I am just guessing .

Sounds like rubber bushing squeaking. It could be control arm bushings, lower shock mount bushings or sway bar to frame mount bushings. Get underneath and have someone jounce the front end up and down and listen. I'm betting sway bar bushings because I have those start squeaking on me on other trucks in the past. .. easy fix.

It is getting near time for Halloween. Maybe it's practicing to sound like a scary door?

Take it to the dealer. That sounds like a bad bushing somewhere.

Did you ever find the problem? My truck just hit 38K; however it's been going on for a while now and I've been bringing it to the dealership; they say that they can't find the source of the creaking and grinding... This has been going on since well before my warranty expired. I'm not looking forward to that fight over coverage.

I've been considering spraying bushings with a rubber spray to lubricate them. I don't really wanna deal with the ******** run around the dealer is gonna give me I've inspected everything and it looks good. I wondered if the cold weather has something to do with it

Has anyone determined if this is the bushings? I have 17k on my truck and it has started this on the driver side. I am thinking this is a bad bushing issue and a potentially known issue? Maintenance section says to check at 20k but seems a bit early fora bad bushing and there are no grease ports to grease. Just checking to see what others have determined before I schedule a dealer visit.

I had what sounded like squeaking/creaking coming from my front end. I was thinking end links. Turns out it was the rear bushings on my Hellwig sway bar. No matter how I lubed them, after a few hundred miles, they would sound horrible. Replaced them with the factory bushings, and all quiet now.

My point is that simply because it sounds like its the front end, doesn't mean it is. Sounds can bounce around quite a bit.

Interesting, I just took my truck to the dealer for a groan coming from the rear and they said it was the rear hellwig bushings. I called hellwig and they sent replacements after coming that I installed them with lube.

Do the stock bushings fit without issues?

I have the same issue on my 2019, it sounds like the noise is coming from the front suspension. Last time I was at the dealership they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee the look at my truck.
