Yes 100% -- if only they owned more brands!!Anthony is a prince of a guy, his boss Aaron the GM is even nicer and more focused on amazingly fair and transparent treatment of customers! It's the culture of MD, whereas most dealers overtly try to screw the customer.. I was in the business so I know.

My truck had some quality defects since the day I picked up. I am in the process of seeking amends from the MD team but it hasn't been too smooth as I had hoped for. Fingers crossed that I will see forward progress this week.
I hope so too. I hate places that turn and burn people. It's a poor behavior in the long run.I had a couple of issues myself after my truck arrived. They jumped on it and paid to have them fixed. I was very satisfied with their customer service. I’m sure they will work with you to get the issues resolved promptly.

The headliner has blemishes and passenger front seat cover has defect. Both which should’ve been spotted by dealership team before sending off to the customer but obviously that didn’t happen.What were the updates and out of curiosity, are you having to take the truck but there to get the issues resolved?
