Moisture in rear tail light - HOW?

Just noticed moisture/water in my rear passenger tail light (2019 Rebel), which actually freezes as temps drop. My light is still working, so I'm hoping to fix this rather than replacing the light .... Is that possible?
Any idea how water is coming in and is there anything I could use to seal it?
Thanks for the help.

Experiencing the same thing. I took black rtv sealant and ran a bead around the entire shell where the red meets the black. Now theres pieces are rtv inside! Just said screw it and ordered a new oe one.

Rear blinker fluid leak. Quite common with the newer fixtures. Sorry, humor is all I got for this one!
