Maxtrac 2/4 Lowering kit w/Spohn Adjustable Panhard Bar

Just lowered my 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn Night Edition with the Maxtrac 2/4 drop kit. Did not use the track bar relocation bracket. Opted for the Spohn adjustable panhard bar instead. I had read that many people were not happy with the rear axle alignment with the relocation bracket, as it was still not centered. The drop looks perfect. The rear is maybe 1/4" higher than the front, so not even noticeable. I have Fuel Rebel 22x10, -13 offset Satin Black wheels with 305/45 Toyo Proxes ST III's. Rides very smoothly. A touch stiffer than stock, which is to be expected. Ground off rear bumpstop brackets and installed Belltech progressive 2" bumpstops directly to the frame. The OE brackets were only about an inch from the axle, so were bottoming out on metal every bump. When you grind off the OE bumpstop brackets, there is already a hole for the new threaded bumpstop to go through, so it's quite easy to install. Make sure and shoot the ground metal tack welds with a little black rustoleum paint to eliminate rusting Inside I have a Phoenix Audio 13.6" PX6 head unit, 2 10" Sundown Audio SA10 D4's, wired parallel in a ported down fire enclosure hooked up a kicker 2400 w max (1200 rms) monoblock amp, and 2-farad capacitor. Replaced four doors with JBL Stage III 6x9 two ways. Infinity Kappa 3.5's in the dash, and Infinity Kappa 2.5" in upper back doors, powered by a kicker 1200w 300x4 amp. AfE Dry Filter Cold air kit under the hood. Carvin Matte Black 5" exaust tips. Pedal Commander, set to Sport 3, tucked behind the center console. On order are smoked taillights and third brake light.

Thanks! Not the best pics, my phone has a damaged lens./: I also have a truxedo X15 cloth bed cover. Nice low profile and the treated cloth gives it a more refined look than vinyl.

I understand. I don't have to worry about that much in Phoenix, AZ! This is the first truck I have lowered. All others were either leveled or lifted. Last on was a 2017 Laramie with a 6" Rough country lift, 20x10 Motometal Wheels, and 37x13.50 Amp M/T tires. Obviously, mpg's were quite low. Thanks for the shout out.

No, I only have pics from when it was leveled. Nothing after the lift. Can't explain why I didn't take any:/ I really like how Rams look lifted also. Just thought I'd try something different. Here's some pics when it was.just leveled with 20x10 Motometal wheels and 35x12.50 Amp A/T's.

A lowered ram has around the same clearance as most suvs. Like a 4x4 Durango. I have no issues with mine in northern Pa winters.

Just installed air bags in the rear coil springs. Was still hitting the bump stops pretty hard. Pretty easy to install. I had to pop the springs out as the air bags were to thick to squeeze between the coils. Ran the air lines to the back, with the valve stem mounted to the left of the licence plate frame. Only needed about 4bs of air. No more bottoming out, even on sharper dips. Greatly improved ride, and still sits the same. The nice thing about the shorter springs is you dont have to compress them to remove them. Just unbolt the bottom shock mount and push them out. Bags: Airlift 60828HD 1000, $140.

You could also use their shorter bump stop. Worked for me. I haven’t bottomed out since I went to these.

Those are the belltech bump stops I have. Ground off the stock cups and painted just like your pick. I see you have an air ride suspension, I dont. The maxtrac coils have to much travel, thats why I needed the bags.

I want to get this drop but do I use the relocation bracket or no if so what do you recommend I buy to replace it
