I figured this might be a better place to ask this question, especially for future Search ability.

Does anybody know how much air the factory cast 20 inch rims can handle? Same goes for the valve stems?

I put LT tires on my 1500, but even though the tires can handle 80PSI, I’m almost certain the rim and valve stem cannot. Anybody know what the max cold PSI those are rated to handle?

Thank You,
Chad

Run lt tires around 40psi. There is no reason to run at 80, your truck will ride like a covered wagon.

80, That’s the MAX they can hold.

You could easily put over 100psi in the tire and it will hold. Wheel is definitely strong enough, and valve stem would be as well
