I think he's saying he paid before Mark Dodge shipped it to his house.Pay first? A deposit yes but the dealership isn't even invoiced until it's built....

Was it a Birmingham dealership? They're simply awful here. This is actually my second build. The first build was VIN #150852 which was ordered on 8/7 and is now sitting on my local dealer's lot for sale. I requested and received my deposit back for that truck before it arrived due to the POOR customer service I received from them. I then reached out to Sandi at Mark Dodge based on the positive comments I had seen on this site. I decided to add the GT package to this truck as well as some of the options my local dealer told me I could not have on the first truck. Unfortunately, the wait has begun all over again...
Well that makes much more senseI think he's saying he paid before Mark Dodge shipped it to his house.
No, I am in Southern Illinois, just an Alabama football fan!Was it a Birmingham dealership? They're simply awful here.

Sorry, let me clarify. My truck has arrived. I need to pay, and then they will ship.Pay first? A deposit yes but the dealership isn't even invoiced until it's built....

I believe that if you're not financing the truck through them then you're suppose to wire them funds.Did they explain how this is going to work? What form of payment are they accepting? If u have details can you explain. I’m asking because my truck is built and soon will be shipped to them then to me. I want to be ready

mine got Cleared yesterday, Good chance Our Trucks hit the same railcar, remember though, There might be 5 or even 30 railcars Loaded that go to the Houston Hub generally on one train, from there our trucks get sorted based on end location, so the ship date really depends on when Norfolk-Southern (i believe) is picking up Railcars for a Houston delivery.Does anyone here have a delivery date? I’m just checking because my Truck is built just thinking in my head that they aren’t going to deliver one at a time. So I’m trying to determine the next delivery date at MD

you either finance Yourself/cash and wire them, or you finance with them and take care of it that way, i would CONFIRM your truck arrives Undamaged Prior to signing on the dotted line thoughI believe that if you're not financing the truck through them then you're suppose to wire them funds.

Which is precisely why I'm making the trip to personally confirm there isn't any damage.i would CONFIRM your truck arrives Undamaged Prior to signing on the dotted line though
Your bank can handle it for you. The dealer will need to give you their wiring instructions, ie. routing/account numbers etc.I e never wired money…. Is it thru MY bank or a 3rd party

Same here. It's also not a done deal until you sign the paperwork to take physical delivery of the truck. Frankly, Mark Dodge has an outstanding reputation. A ton of their customers are fly in/drive back. I'm confident that there are not too many flaws that they miss knowing people are taking extra time and expense to travel to purchase from them.Which is precisely why I'm making the trip to personally confirm there isn't any damage.
Yeah, and I'd be shocked if they wouldn't bend over backwards to make everything right. They've built up a lot of goodwill around here, and I very seriously doubt Aaron would let that be ruined by a screwup on RAM's part.Same here. I agree, and with their reputation I would not view a mishap as being intentional, unlike if it happened with some of my local dealerships.Yeah, and I'd be shocked if they wouldn't bend over backwards to make everything right. Has anyone used PenFed? I called to confirm if they could wire money for auto loans and they said No. I have to apply for a loan, they mail a check to me, I mail it to MD.Your bank can handle it for you. The dealer will need to give you their wiring instructions, ie. routing/account numbers etc.

When are you picking up? Might be worth waiting till december to see if ram reinstitutes the 0% financing.Has anyone used PenFed? I called to confirm if they could wire money for auto loans and they said No. I have to apply for a loan, they mail a check to me, I mail it to MD.
Their approvals are good for 30 days so hopefully I can coordinate it well enough that I can have everything to MD before my truck arrives.
Im young and doing exactly that, im buying some of the Track armor to throw on the front clip and "danger zones."I don’t want to break in a new truck going 70 on the interstate all the way back to the northeast. I checked it’s a 20hr hike. I’m young so I intend on keep this truck until they force the transition to all electric
