When I hit the blue bell for notify it comes up list is full. I cant manage the list because the manage button is not lit.
I see that this issue has been around since 2018 but I cant get an answer from dealer, Mopar, Uconnect or Sirius Guardian.
Any suggestions.

I just fixed this and was looking to thank the person, but can't find the thread.

Anyhow, stupid and simple solution. You need to "add a listener" to manage the list. Apparently you can add things without that, but to remove you need to do from listener profile.

From SiriusXM screen select the profile/person icon. On the 12" it's the bottom option on middle right right. Then choose add listener. Once added and selected you should be able to manage the list.
