The LTD in every single way: ride quality, fuel economy and interior room beats the PW...but I know that every single time I see a PW I will want one...
I'll also say this, my father-in-law has a 2021 1500 LTD, it's a beautiful, comfortable truck but I'd have never traded my PW for it. Only reason I don't have the PW is the TRX and to be honest I really wish the it was a PW with the Hellcat...

TRX is cool don't get me wrong. PW just seems like such a manly truck.
If your vehicle choice is what seems more "manly" I think you might want to step back, put your purse away, and think before you spend all your money.

When I spend thousands of dollars on something for me, I get what I want and I don't care what people think about it.
I don't live for anyone except myself (and my wife and kids which have 0 say in WHAT vehicle I buy and drive).

Check out the 2023 Ram Rebel 2500 which has the Power Wagon looks and much higher payload & towing capacity with the standard 6.4 Hemi engine. The Level 2 package will give you the 1500 Limited interior quality with twice the payload available.

Tried talking my wife into one and got shot down pretty quick.

Looks like all 2023 2500s are redesigned and look like the 5th gen 1500s now.
Still missing a couple options like MFT, HUD, and retractable running boards (maybe can retrofit?).

Oddly the Limited can't come as a Hemi anymore only the 6.7.
The 2500 Laramie can come with a Hemi though.

This has been the case for the past couple of years, but they still use the old (smaller) cab and old bed.

The latter does offer one advantage in that you can get RamBoxes with a 6’-4” bed, as others have pointed out.
