With all the different variants of ditch-light mounts out there, do we know which are the lowest profile? Many setups I've seen in real life have the light pods popped up like a meercat. Not only does it look cheap/tacky, it would likely obscure part of the drivers vision, which kind of defeats the purpose right? I know of the Oracle mirror lights, and those truly are the most integrated version of the ditch light, but I don't want to go through the hassle of taking apart the folding mirrors and door panels to run power, plus they want over $400 for the set... but other than those, do we have examples of ditch lights that are tight to the vehicle?
