Has anyone tried using metal cloak bump stops from a jeep jk?
metalcloak.com
My ram lowered 2-3"s in the rear and hitting the bump stops doesn't feel all that great . I've seen on another forum guys were talking about running these bump stops but no one ever posted to say they worked . I'm just trying to find something other than using and cutting up timbren or sumo springs. Maybe this could be a better and way cheaper solution for everyone with a lowered set up.
I did end up getting some measurements from metal cloak ...The OD of the top of the stops (that fits into the factory cup) will be 2.01" and the overall height will be 4.11"
I've been suggested to cut off the factory cup and just run a shorter universal bump stop but im not wanting to hack up my new truck ... yet...
