Has anyone tried using metal cloak bump stops from a jeep jk?

My ram lowered 2-3"s in the rear and hitting the bump stops doesn't feel all that great . I've seen on another forum guys were talking about running these bump stops but no one ever posted to say they worked . I'm just trying to find something other than using and cutting up timbren or sumo springs. Maybe this could be a better and way cheaper solution for everyone with a lowered set up.

I did end up getting some measurements from metal cloak ...The OD of the top of the stops (that fits into the factory cup) will be 2.01" and the overall height will be 4.11"

I've been suggested to cut off the factory cup and just run a shorter universal bump stop but im not wanting to hack up my new truck ... yet...

Cut mine off, smoothed the frame and painted it. Zero issues and zero bottoming out. I’m 4” rear drop.

I did take measurements of the factory bumpstops though. 3" of and 3.5" over all length . I sent metal cloak a message asking if they offered anything that atleast has a 3" od.

Any issues with hitting the metal cup after cutting ur bumpstop in half ?

I never hit my bump stops with my 2in rear lower or my 4in rear lowering kits.

That’s with hauling 1k lbs worth of bikes in the bed
